Ready to review your images? This will be done through a phone call and a screen share. You will have the opportunity to view your images, select your favorite ones and decide on a package you want to purchase.

We offer packages, all of which include the download of digital images. The pricing is based on a sliding scale of, "the more you purchase, the bigger discount for each individual image".

We have you choose the images you want because all purchased images are processed using our signature finish service

To allow for our unique processing, your images will be delievered to you within 2 to 4 weeks after your image review! Time to relive your vacation!

Time to have fun! We'll take you to the best spots we know in the park. We'll direct the photo shoot, posing you in a ways that compliment your photo shoot theme.
After the photo session, we'll schedule a phone call to review your images and packages.

Time to relax and enjoy the rest of your Disneyland vacation knowing your are going to have beautiful images when you get back home!

A session fee and photographer's park admission will need to be paid as part of your booking confirmation. You can book up to 1 year in advance!

The session fee covers the photographer's time and includes a wall print in your package. 1 hour gives you enough time to visit one park! Add extra time for both parks if you'd like.

Once you book your session, a confirmation email will be sent to you with some details about your session and tips on how to prepare for it!

This year my husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding an anniversary...Since the last time we’d had family photos taken was around 8 years ago, we decided it was time for an update.

From planning the outfits to selecting our final images, they were amazing. Claudia met us in Disneyland and was kind, funny, patient, and creative. Genuine smiles and laughter allowed our personalities to shine through while still having a variety of backgrounds and poses.

We “met” Adam over the phone after our session. Adam did an amazing job explaining the next steps and answering a million questions.

I thought taking family pics at Disneyland would be awkward, Claudia made the experience so easy and comfortable! She knew the best picture spots, it was like she knew what I wanted without me saying it! She was great with my distracted toddler, so friendly, and made the experience so amazing. All our packages are designed around digital ownership. This means that any package you purchase will contain the full resolution digital images that you may share, copy and print from. Every image you purchase will also be hand corrected a second time to make sure that you receive the best representation of your images; ones that we would be proud to display in our own home!

What are your packages prices? 

Cancellations cannot be made within one week prior to your session date with the quick link provided to you in your confirmation email. If you decide to cancel your session within those 7 days, you will need to contact Adam and Claudia Photography via email and will receive a 50% refund of the paid session fee. Appointments that are cancelled 7 or more days in advance of their session date will receive a refund of their session fee, minus a 5% transaction fee. Refunds will be issued 1 to 2 weeks from the cancellation date. No portion of your session fee will be refunded from a cancellation made within 72 hours of your session date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yes. Paying your session fee saves that specific date and time on our calendar just for you. No one else will be able to book that time. Payment for your session fee is made online and all major credit cards are accepted. Your payment information will not be stored, so we may ask for your payment information again once you've placed your portrait package order.

Do I have to pay the session fee when I book my session?

All Photography Sessions are scheduled over the phone now that Disney has their reservation system.Please book a chat appointment to see if we're available for the date you would like to book your session.

We are a full time vacation photographer team located in Long Beach, CA. Our favorite part of everyday is spending time with my each other and cuddling with our two little girls. We are a huge Disney fan family! We work hard, but play hard too,  LOL!

How will I make my order once the photos are taken?
Orders are normally taken over the phone or through email after you have reviewed your images and have made your selection of favorites.

Do you include digital corrections for the images I purchase?
Yes, we do. We offer a Signature Finishing service for our images to make them look amazing.There are certain limitations to these corrections though.

Included: Basic and mildly difficult corrections are included with our signature finished images. For example, we can adjust the color, contrast, apply special effects, conversion to black and white, and other artistic changes that can be made to a photo as a whole. Other manipulations such as taking a bird out of the sky are simple corrections we include as well.

Not included: Corrections that require a great deal of manipulation and editing time to perform, such as switching heads from one photo to another, “weight-loss” manipulation, frizzy hair, glare in glasses, removing people from the background, wrinkles in clothes, etc. Any time a request requires manipulating the physical form of any object or person or adding/removing large items would qualify as a composite image and is not included in the Signature Finish service.

If you have any questions about what is or is not included in this service, please ask these questions during your image viewing appointment.

What is the turnaround time after I order my package?
After all the package details are submitted by the client and the order is paid in full, most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks.

How do you offer your images for purchase?
All our standard packages include digital image usage rights (not copyrights). This means that you will be able to download any images you purchase. Your images will be full-resolution Jpeg images that you may share, post, and print.

Every image you purchase in a standard package (bronze, silver, gold, diamond, and Masterpiece) will also be Signature Finished, to make sure that you receive the best representation of your images; ones that we would be proud to display in our own home!

Can I just get all the images?
One thing that really sets us apart from most photography studios is how we handle or edit your photos. Instead of just giving you 600 unedited images to sort through, we help you choose only the ones you truly love. That way, the images you purchase are the ones you actually want to use.

Once you’ve picked your favorites, we focus our time and attention on those selected photos, giving them our Signature Finishing touch. This means we carefully edit and polish each image to make sure they look their absolute best.

Typically, it’s not necessary for clients to receive every image taken during their session. Part of our process involves carefully editing and polishing the selected images for the best possible print quality. If you were to purchase all the images from your session, we'd need to spend a lot of extra time on each one, which would make the cost much higher.

However, we do offer an “All Images” option through our Digital Portfolio. The images in the Digital Portfolio are not Signature Finished, but they do receive basic edits and are available for download.

How do I book a session?
Clients must first book a 15 min call to discuss the details of your session, as well as any ongoing specials. You'll also be sent the link to book your date, time and location.

Do I have to pay the creative fee when I book my session?
Yes, paying your creative fee reserves that specific date and time on our calendar just for you. No one else will be able to book that time. Payment for your creative fee is done online when you book your session time

What is your rescheduling policy?
If you need to change your session date/time (reschedule), you would need to contact Adam and Claudia Photography for approval to change your session time or date. You may reach out to us via text to reschedule your session.

Clients are allowed ONE rescheduled time per paid session fee. A session that has been rescheduled cannot be canceled for a refund of any portion of the session fee.
